I started visiting this dealership a few months ago to get an idea of what to expect from owning a Volkswagen (from everyday enjoyment to the cost of I started visiting this dealership a few months ago to get an idea of what to expect from owning a Volkswagen (from everyday enjoyment to the cost of ownership) as I was planning to invest in one in the near future. Every time I would stop by I was always greeted very politely and professionally, and there was never an overbearing pressure to sign and drive away in a new car on the spot. I was provided with a wealth of information prior to finalizing my purchase and always had a great experience when I stopped by. My initial visit was with Sam, though subsequent visits leading up to the purchase were with Keith (as well as Rodney and Tracy, who always provided great conversation). When the time came to buy, Keith was able to track down a rather rare car configuration and bring it in over the weekend while providing status updates along the way. Come Tuesday I was able trade in my old car for a brand new one at an acceptable price point (with extra coverage to boot!) thanks to Chavis. Overall, these folks run a great dealership and provide an excellent personal experience. More
