The dealership was excellent, they always work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. This visit, however, was tainted by a storm which caused a power outage. It turned a one hour visit into o get you in and out as quickly as possible. This visit, however, was tainted by a storm which caused a power outage. It turned a one hour visit into over three hours because my car was up on the lift when this happened and they could not get it down. In my opinion, they need a back up generator or a workaround for the lift to be lowered when the electricity is out. More
