Honda Mechanic forgot to tighten the engine cover after a simple oil change, which inconvenienced me by the extra cost of fuel going back to Thomasville, GA and the time checking up on the missing part’s arr simple oil change, which inconvenienced me by the extra cost of fuel going back to Thomasville, GA and the time checking up on the missing part’s arrival. Service Dept Lance was absolutely awesome in making sure I had a $0 service invoice receipt while waiting for the part to come in. Whereas Alvin with the Service dept outright refused to give me a service invoice receipt and continually lied to me whenever I requested a status follow up for when the part came in. More

Overall good experience however I asked for a battery test and that was not done. Also dealership did not let me know about damage to the passenger side mirror that I found out later on after buying the test and that was not done. I left Proctor Honda after my vehicle wasn’t being taken care of. Went to Flowers with no better success. I’ve been a dedicated Honda buyer, Purchased a civic, accord, and pilot with cash in the past 10 ye care of. Went to Flowers with no better success. I’ve been a dedicated Honda buyer, Purchased a civic, accord, and pilot with cash in the past 10 years.(From proctor , Talllahassee) I’ve had over 5,000 dollars in rental charge for my pilot in the shop, at times not drivable. I’m sad and will never own another Honda. I did leave multiple messages for management in Tallahassee before trying Flowers. I wanted to drive my Pilot Ellite much longer. You will not keep dedicated Honda people with the treatment I’ve received. My pilot was a lemon and cost me a rental every time it went to the shop. Nothing has been corrected long term. CALLS NEVER RETURED FROM ANY LOCATION FROM MANAGMENT OR SERVICE. The only reasonable person was the one selling me a new pilot. He was great and not to blame for me not staying with Honda! More
