Service Dept broke my door sash. Then told me I have to pay to have it fixed ($521). They told me both driver & passenger side needed to be replaced. But when I went & looked they ha Then told me I have to pay to have it fixed ($521). They told me both driver & passenger side needed to be replaced. But when I went & looked they had broke the driver side door sash. The passenger side was not broke. The manager couldn’t tell me why they said I needed to replace the passenger side. They also didn’t reset my oil percentage. Plus they said they checked my tires pressure and reported they were all good. But the driver’s side rear tire was low(30%). More

Reasonable dealership. But the service department is so freaking SLOW!!! It’s ridiculous! They suck! Why make an appointment for an oil change if it’s gonna take y’all 2 xx But the service department is so freaking SLOW!!! It’s ridiculous! They suck! Why make an appointment for an oil change if it’s gonna take y’all 2 xxxx hours! And y’all make it mandatory to get your oil changed done with y’all to keep the warranty! You’d think that since it’s mandatory that the oil change process would be more efficient. More
Took 3 different visits for the mechanics to figure out what was wrong with my brand new vehicle: one of which included completely taking apart my motor to replace the motor mount (took 1.5 weeks to get pa what was wrong with my brand new vehicle: one of which included completely taking apart my motor to replace the motor mount (took 1.5 weeks to get parts and have service completed). Finally figured out it was the fuel injectors. Although the experience was frustrating, Lance was awesome and I’m just glad that my vehicle is back to its original functioning state. More
