BRIANNACEIRRA, we apologize that you were inconvenienced when we serviced your vehicle. But we do want to clarify that it is not mandatory to have your vehicle serviced with us and never has been. When a vehicle is purchased that includes our exclusive Covered For Life Warranty, it is explained by the Finance Manager and on the contract the customer signs for the Covered For Life Warranty that you can have it serviced by any approved repair facility. You just have to call the number on your contract and communicate where you would like to have your service performed and answer some questions ahead of time each time you have it serviced elsewhere. We would love to keep your business with our service department however, it is not a requirement for you to keep your warranty.
