Huntin4taco, we take matters like damage, cleanliness, and communication very seriously. That is why we ordered the part to fix the cut when the truck was repaired. However, since you sent someone to pick up your vehicle for you, we tried to contact you several times this past week to discuss the issue and inform you the part was ordered. We are very happy that our Service Manager was able to reach you today! He stated that you will be bringing your vehicle next week so we can replace the damaged part and have your vehicle cleaned. We apologize for the greasy handprints on the back of your truck. We 100 percent should have noticed that and taken care of it before your truck was released back to the person you sent to pick it up. Also, the technician said that if you had change that needed to be moved to make the repairs it would be moved to your glove box. Please check your glove box and let us know if you found it when you bring your truck in next week. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you next week.
