Thank you for having the service manager reach out to me. But unfortunately, the information provided is unacceptable. Learning that there are more than one Canyon with this issue and mine now in your back lot for 22 days which almost as long as I had it in my garage. With no information on parts needed to repair is frustrating to me and your service department. Might be time to take parts off cars on your lot so YOU can wait for these parts instead of your customers whom paid for a vehicle that again sits at your dealership.
