I'd love to give this dealership a 5 star rating because everyone was nice for the most part. I am giving only 3 stars for two reasons: 1) the dealer that I ended up actually purchasing the car through mumb everyone was nice for the most part. I am giving only 3 stars for two reasons: 1) the dealer that I ended up actually purchasing the car through mumbled under his breath when I said I maybe needed a day to think about my purchase. I did not appreciate this as it is a very big expense and a client shouldn't be made to feel badly if they need to think about it. 2) I was also made to feel a bit guilty (and even a bit stupid) when I opted to not add an extended warranty, which I did not appreciate. He kept saying that something is going to happen with the truck within the next 3 years and I'm going to have to pay out of pocket for the work, which made me a bit apprehensive overall about the purchase. I'm not sure why you'd want to say that the truck is going to have major problems, which makes it seem like you're selling me a bad truck? Just didn't really understand that. Other than that, everyone (both of those employees included outside of those two instances) was very nice. A car buying experience is never fun or pleasant, so these reasons wouldn't cause me to not recommend the dealership at the end of the day. Just an overall average experience. More

I recently purchased a brand new 2022 gmc Denali, with cash. When I checked out the truck there was a big scratch and dents on the roof. From being unloaded I was told . It was very bad and needed to be completely taken apart and put new skins on . The dealership said that they would fix it, free of charge and give me a little price break . I agreed because I really wanted this truck in a specific color. I was also told that when the truck was finished and it wasn’t perfect that I could get my money back . The sales man jay said” it’s goin to be back to factory finish and look brand new “ . It’s far from that . I was originally told the truck roof would take 2-3 weeks to fix but it took almost 8 weeks. I had to call multiple times during these weeks and was given the run around; something felt off. The truck was delivered to me and upon inspection I noticed that the roof scratches and there was a huge run in the paint . Not to mention it was orange peel paint and not smooth like the rest of the truck . the siding and molding is loose, the trim pieces on the roof and door like an glued together all over and it’s already coming apart . there are multiple clear coat marks all over the vehicle, the vehicle was not given a deep clean before delivery to me, there were scratches on the truck, the black molding around the front windshield was not bolted down, there were some mishaps with the tailgate, and to finish it off I have a feeling the roof will leak due to the poor repair job. When I took for a first test drive at home it sounds like I’m driving airplane the leak is that bad . The person who delivered my truck acknowledged all of this and said he would report to his supervisor. I took pictures of everything and called the dealership the following day to follow up and was given no info. The supervisor was rude and did not take accountability for anything on the truck. I requested to speak to the owner and have not heard anything. Upon further investigation, reading other reviews, it seems that poor business and customer service is the standard for this dealership. It’s very unfortunate because I was willing to work with them in the beginning but they did not take any ownership of the wrong doings. I’ve tried for a few weeks to communicate and get the best results since I spent almost $103k, cash, on my dream truck but have been unable to come to an agreement with them. They finally told me that I could take my truck to a body shop to get fixed. Mind you, none of these problems were caused by myself but caused by the dealership. I do not recommend working with this dealership because they practice poor business and customer service, so not stand behind their work, and lack communication. Look elsewhere when buying a new truck because this dealership is not worth the hassle.I hope this helps the next customer. More
