Hello, I've recently taken my car in under 90 days from getting it for major work and was super upset. I worked with Steve Melis. how I can say my 6 plus years dealing with Dodge have never met a person wh getting it for major work and was super upset. I worked with Steve Melis. how I can say my 6 plus years dealing with Dodge have never met a person who made my visit so easy. he constantly updated me with info on my vehicle he also sent Lyft to pick me up and drop me off multiple times when needed. I was without my vehicle for almost a month he booked rental for me made it super easy do that. Being I was in super messed up situation he made the damage feel less painful by going above an beyond with the customer service I'm greatly appreciated!
