I want to extend my gratitude to the service department at Folsom Lake Dodge. The service department just recently took steps above and beyond for me in a situation with a replacement part for my vehicle t at Folsom Lake Dodge. My experience with Folsom Lake Dodge has all been service. I have been to the dealership about 4 times over pass 4 years. I know some people are writing bad reviews. And with that being said, "My dad told me along time ago, You can't please everyone all the time" I have had great service from them. I dealt with Falvin a service writer for my last two visits. He was Great !!! They talk with you, explain everything and if you have a question that they don't have a answer for, them go get the answer for you. They keep you informed how your service work on your vehicle is progressing & keep you up to date on times that your vehicle will be completed. More

There is such efficient care and concern for all customer needs and questions (+recalls)! Jonathan, my Service Manager, treated every item on my list of repairs equally; whether big or small. WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER! My transmission blew on July 24, I had my truck towed in on July 25! It has been nothing but a constant battle to get my warranty to cover this, a con My transmission blew on July 24, I had my truck towed in on July 25! It has been nothing but a constant battle to get my warranty to cover this, a constant battle to get a phone call answered or returned! Today is now sept. 5th and was told to be at the dealership first thing in the morning they would have it done, well we get there at 8:30 and they hadn’t even started putting the new transmission in!!! My truck was absolutely trashed when I showed up, they have had it parked in a dirt parking lot for over a month!! When it was towed in I had the truck detailed the day before, they told me they would clean the truck inside and out now that it wasn’t going to be done till 2pm and I was told to be here by 8:30! I’m sure you could understand my frustration here! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE OR FOR ANY SERVICE MATTERS!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! More
Service department & manager ripping off the customer Took my 2012 dodge ram 3500 4x4 dually in for a new headliner and sunroof due to it leaking. Paid $2432.00 for a completely new headliner, sunroof, & Took my 2012 dodge ram 3500 4x4 dually in for a new headliner and sunroof due to it leaking. Paid $2432.00 for a completely new headliner, sunroof, & labor. Dropped it off on a Friday & was contacted on Saturday. Was told it was done and ready to pick up. Came in Tuesday morning to get my vehicle, just to realize right from get go that the headliner was the same old headliner. They had tried to clean the water stain off from the leak. The sunroof glass appeared new but that was it. There was dirty hand prints all over the headliner witch were there previously. The headliner was still sagging and not properly attached to the roof. They had charged me for a new headliner and never replaced it. The serviceanger came out and lied to my face. He said he personally saw the new headliner because it was right next to his desk/office. This place is trying to charge for new items that they never even installed. The service manager's name was Khalif! He is a lier, thief, and has poor customer service! More
