I came in to get an oil change and replaced my windshield washer tank would have a leak in it. They said they had the tank in stock. I was there for 2 1/2 hours and they came out and said that they didn’t ha washer tank would have a leak in it. They said they had the tank in stock. I was there for 2 1/2 hours and they came out and said that they didn’t have the tank in stock so they got the tank in that night and the next morning I came back then they changed the tank and when I got the vehicle back, my power step on the driver side was down with the door shut. They had bent the arm with those pulls the step down the Bennett and so it’s broken in the service manager says well it was a aftermarket step And left it at that and walked away. I wish you would fire. The guy is a jerk that’s why I gave you a two. More

I was in there for a recall and an oil change so it was understandable that my car was going to be held for a couple day. But it was there for 9 days. I think a part needed to be ordered. About a week afte understandable that my car was going to be held for a couple day. But it was there for 9 days. I think a part needed to be ordered. About a week after picking up my car, my “change oil” light came on. Which makes me question if they actually changed my oil since I didn’t have a new sticker and the sensor wasn’t reset. Communication was ok, they would call and give me an update every 3 or 4 days. Overall, my experience was fine. Not great, but not terrible. More
