Terrible experience with the Service Dept. I didn’t know my body part falling off wasn’t covered by my extended warranty. Had I known that I would have taken it straight to my body shop. T I didn’t know my body part falling off wasn’t covered by my extended warranty. Had I known that I would have taken it straight to my body shop. The price quoted for the repair was around $800 . Then it was shipped to an auto body subcontractor. My Service Advisor would not return my calls to let me know about the status of my car. I got better updates from the body shop. The part they received from Ford was in pieces. After almost 3 weeks of waiting for my car, I got the final bill of $1126. The Folsom Lake Ford Service Dept was totally useless. I will be contacting the Ford Motors Regional Service Representative to recommend they look into the poor service Folsom Lake Ford is providing to their Ford customers. More
