Service tech was fine, but everything else was a bad experience. The work is shotty, the floor carpet is already popping up after one day. And the worst part was the shuttle driver went on a political experience. The work is shotty, the floor carpet is already popping up after one day. And the worst part was the shuttle driver went on a political tirade on the way home from the dealer, which included anti trans statements. Like I’m just trying to get a ride home front he dealer, not be a on Fox News segment. I have close friends and family that are trans so being stuck in a van having to listen to that xxxx really was a bummer. I was about to buy my dream family car from you guys but I don’t think so anymore. More

James informed me of any available service discounts and my Ford Pass credit which I took advantage of. The service itself took less than 3 hours for a detailed 100,000 mile service. Pretty quick considering the amount of work that was done. More
