I've had problems with my stereo since I purchased my F150. It locks up, freezes, blank screen, or shows the backup camera while I'm driving down the freeway. When I bring it in, they say they "can't find the problem" then conduct a master reset of the stereo and send me on my way. I've had it looked at several times for the same issue over that last few years. I'm now out of warranty and they won't even look at the SAME issue again unless I pay them. I now have to conduct a master reset on the stereo weekly... with little affect. I would not trust a dealership (that I purchased the truck brand new from) if they won't stand behind their work. More
Louis in the service department is awesome. He went over above and beyond in ordering a part for my wife’s CMax and got us finished and back on the road first thing Friday morning. Brought in a escape Thursday morning. Had too order rims already had the tires. Rims arrive 8:30. But significant damage underneath, nobody took the time to call, but they had time to do repairs that are needless. Will never ever use this dealership again for service and I will tell everybody how terribly the service was. More
