Dave Laughlin, Service Advisor at Folsom Lake Ford has gone out of his way to help me out. He came out to my house to try to start my 2011 F450 which sat for years after my brother died. After it was fixed, he help put miles on the F450 to reset the dash warning lights. Dave delivered my R450 to my home, offered me rides as needed.
