Once again we received EXCELLENT service and care from the number one service manager, James Willis, at Folsom Lake Ford. James always takes very good care of us and our cars. He truly wants his customers to feel special, and to know he will make sure their cars are properly serviced and maintained. When we got one of the cars back our FordPass app wouldn’t connect. I spent an hour on the phone with FordPass, who finally gave up and said the dealership would have to reset the modem. I called James and he walked me through a few steps that took all of 10 minutes. The app connected as expected. James will take care of you! More

Lacey in the service dept. definitely has wonderful customer service and I would return because of her. She goes above and beyond for her customers, is welcoming, and you could definitely has wonderful customer service and I would return because of her. I will have to admit, after my not-so-great experience last year, I was hesitant to return, but decided to give the service dept, another chance. I’m glad I did and as I said, Lacey was wonderful. Plus, she told me my vehicle would be ready in 1.5-2 hours and she was accurate. My car service was complete in 1.5 hours. Not only that, she mentioned I had additional rewards to use from my Ford points. More
