They are always on time and they do the service quickly, I'm surprised they didn't say anything to me about the tires on the truck because they only noted that on the paperwork. I think from now on they nee I'm surprised they didn't say anything to me about the tires on the truck because they only noted that on the paperwork. I think from now on they need to go through the notes on the paperwork that they gave to me and explain to me issues with the truck instead of just writing them on the paperwork and not say anything about it. We have had to take our Mustang in several times for various issues and have always had a great experience, Bridget (Service Tech) is always wonderful and keeps us informed with status. The shuttle has various issues and have always had a great experience, Bridget (Service Tech) is always wonderful and keeps us informed with status. The shuttle has always been super helpful when the car is going to take longer. We will continue to use Ford service dept as long as we have a Ford! Could not been any happier with the service!! More
