I had asked him a follow up question after dropping my truck off for service and when he looked into my truck/account he discovered I had a maintenance plan I had forgotten about and made sure to utilize my plan rather than allow me to pay out of pocket. He’s the man, the myth, the legend. James’ attitude is one of reasons I elect to visit Folsom Lake Ford over the other Ford Dealerships in my area. More

Every Ford Escape owner I have spoken to has had issues with either the lower engine block or the transmission. El Dorado County stopped buying Ford Escapes for this reason and switched to buying a Chevy vehicle. The fact that Ford has done nothing to correct the issue, but keeps selling the same defective vehicles, speaks volumes regarding what they care about. More
