Overall, very good, BUT the check-in person was alone and had several walk-ins and also those with appointments. My car was recently washed at a car wash, and UNFORTUNATELY when I picked up my car the "window wash" treatment was someone utilizing the windshield wiper ("puppy dogs") to "clean" the wind shield, which left the windshield dirt-smeared and with several water drips down the windshield -- there goes my recent cost of a $50 car wash! I'm expecting that all will be better at my next service with Folsom Lake Ford. More

James was exceptional at explaining everything and taking the time to find coupons to save me money. Free car wash saved me time and expense as well. Made an appt online and arrived shortly before scheduled time for oil change service. Unfortunately only one staff member was available to check everyone in. Understandably he was frustrated and advised tho time for oil change service. Unfortunately only one staff member was available to check everyone in. Understandably he was frustrated and advised those of us in line waiting to check in to "just stand by your car and hopefully it'll summon someone to help you". After waiting by my vehicle for a bit, thankfully Service Advisor Luis came to the rescue. He listened to the issues being caused for myself and other customers by the frustrated gentleman. He apologized profusely and was able to correct an issue within the system for a previous service I had, as well as get me checked in for my appt. Unfortunately my car was not washed as promised after it's service and had smudges all over from the service (hard to hide being it's a darker vehicle). More
