Excellent sales person I have always hated buying a car....the pressure from the salesperson, the back and forth negotiation, etc. But this experience was different. The pre I have always hated buying a car....the pressure from the salesperson, the back and forth negotiation, etc. But this experience was different. The pre owned CR-V that we purchased had a set price that was fair based on my research before going to the dealership. When we met Juan, he showed us the car, and offered a test drive. He allowed both myself and my teen age daughter ( who would be driving the car) a test drive. During the test drive Juan was quiet, allowing us to concentrate on our evaluation of the car. When we returned, he patiently allowed my daughter and I to talk privately discussing the pros and cons of the car. When we decided to make the purchase, he proceeded to do the paperwork and brought in the other folks to do their part in the purchase process. There was only a little pressure to purchase the "extras" ....the Auto Butler, the GPS locator system and the extended warranty. When I said " no thanks" I was not pressured any further. Overall a good experience and I would highly recommend Juan to friends and family as the person to see at Folsom Lake Honda More

I finally went to the dealership and contacted the service manager in order to answer my questions and schedule an appointment. The appointment went very well. Larry the service manager was terrific and Eddie got the service done and was very pleasant and efficient. When picking up the car and paying at the cashier, I mentioned that I had a headache and the employee immediately gave me a cold bottle of water to help with it. That was very thoughful and I really appreciated it and it did help. (Sorry, I didn't get her name.) I have been coming here for 12 years. More
