Honda Roadside Assistance Walked out to my vehicle on a Monday morning to leave for work. Unfortunately my car would not start and the battery appeared to be dead. I reached ou Walked out to my vehicle on a Monday morning to leave for work. Unfortunately my car would not start and the battery appeared to be dead. I reached out to Folsom Lake Honda for advice on trouble experienced with a vehicle only one-year old. The service rep (Lynn I believe) kindly suggested to contact Honda Roadside Assistance. I contacted Roadside Assistance and was scheduled to have someone come to my residence to jump the vehicle. The only complaint I have about the Roadside Assistance is the 45 minute to 1-hour long wait before my vehicle could be jumped. Once Honda Roadside arrived, my vehicle was jump-started and I was on my way to the dealership. The service technician ran some tests while doing paperwork and confirmed the battery was faulty. I had a wait for a vehicle bay to become available before the battery could be replaced. After everything was said and done, I had a new battery replaced under warranty and was happy with the simple process for a stressful morning. Arrived a little late to work but I was relieved Honda was so helpful. More

Purchasing a used truck I went in to take a look at the Honda Ridgeline and did not intend to purchase, new or used, until late August. We noted a very clean Toyota Tacoma i I went in to take a look at the Honda Ridgeline and did not intend to purchase, new or used, until late August. We noted a very clean Toyota Tacoma in their used lot and upon being greeted by Jason, we took it out for a test drive. There were a couple of minor issues with the truck that were quickly remedied the next day by the sales manager, Tom, and we came in and completed the deal with a second sales person, Zach as Jason was off that day. The process was easy and the paperwork minimal. The finance/paperwork guy, Manny, was also very easy to deal with. The whole process went well, and my wife and I did not feel pushed. The price was fair and the extended power train warranty is icing on the cake. Thanks for a very positive experience! More
