No games, no pressure, no bait and switch, no empty promises, great customer service… extremely high integrity dealership. Found a better price on my wife’s 2018 Pilot somewhere else (further away) and they matched it. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was great. They were all very laid back and didn’t pressure us at all. Not your typical dealership experience. It was like buying a car from a trusted friend! We worked with a lot of great people throughout the process. Stephanie (my initial contact) was friendly and helped me with a few questions I had but I didn’t have much contact with her after that - seemed nice though. Sonny (sales manager) approved our deal but I don’t think we ever actually made contact with him. Darren (didn’t catch his title) helped us with sending some needed information over and was very polite. Pablo (not sure what his title was but he sent us over our payment options) was very helpful and ran multiple different payment scenarios that we requested - I only talked to him through text but he seemed nice. Kevin (internet sales associate that sat down with us and helped us complete the deal) was a very thorough and nice person to deal with. He gave us a great walkthrough of our new Pilot before we left and was very helpful. Manny (our finance guy) was very nice as well and great with our 18 month old son. He wasn’t pushy like most finance guys I’ve experienced and was very understanding when my son pulled his door stopper off the wall :-) All of these people were great to deal with but Tara (customer service) in particular was exceptional! Tara made the process smooth from start to finish. Very friendly, extremely thorough, trustworthy, and a very genuinely nice person! It was her birthday when we showed up to get our car and she even saved us a cupcake! She was awesome and really put the experience over the top for us! This dealership made me believe that in 2018 there’s still at least one business left in the world where the customer comes first. I highly recommend you at least give them a shot when shopping for your next Honda! More

Deal just once with their service manager and they lose two stars. They let Colors on Parade do paint work on their lot, after you sign a complete release. They've just wrecked my paint job. Ugly swirl marks and bubbles in the clearcoat. Honda's response: You signed the release. They promised a rental car, dropped me at the agency, who did not have a car available, but said I could wait until someone turns one in. I've been back three times for a rattle in the door. It was returned as fixed. Yeah, for four days each time and now the same rattle is back. I hope people come back and update their reviews after dealing with these guys for a few months. More
