Starts off good, goes downhill quickly. They've taken two people who started at five stars for the car and the dealership. Now it's two and headed lower. Deal just once with their service manager and they lose two stars. They let Colors on Parade do paint work on their lot, after you sign a complete release. They've just wrecked my paint job. Ugly swirl marks and bubbles in the clearcoat. Honda's response: You signed the release. They promised a rental car, dropped me at the agency, who did not have a car available, but said I could wait until someone turns one in. I've been back three times for a rattle in the door. It was returned as fixed. Yeah, for four days each time and now the same rattle is back. I hope people come back and update their reviews after dealing with these guys for a few months. More

I am still shocked that they not only beat the deal I already had but enhanced it so much that I bought it on the spot. With .9% financing for five years it was an offer I could not refuse. I love my new CR-V and I loved my car buying experience at Folsom Lake Honda. I am a customer for life!! Details: I totaled my car on 11/4/14 and started looking for a new one online the very next day. Being a widow and not sure exactly where to start I reached out to several local Honda dealerships and received some good offers on new CR-Vs. Clay Jackson at Folsom L:ake Honda was one of the first to respond. He put no pressure on me whatsoever but made it clear that they would love to compete for my business. I first visited another high volume dealership because they had the color I wanted and they made me an offer I thought was truly amazing. Because my insurance hadn't resolved my claim I told them I was not comfortable buying the car that day. Clay followed up the next day and asked me to give them an opportunity to meet or beat the offer. He put me in touch with Lee Schwartz and after several texts and emails Lee convinced me to stop by Folsom Lake Honda on my way home from work. He said they didn't have the color I wanted but told me about a color I hadn't seen called Urban Titanium Metallic. I was intrigued by his description of it so agreed to stop by. Long story short I bought the car that day, 11/11/14. I just got through talking to a co-worker and telling him about my new car. It turns out he bought a new CR-V there last year and he said they love it and they love Folsom Lake Honda. Glad to hear that there service department is as good as their sales department. More
