He was so kind and responsive with his research and communication back to me. Through the Costco plan, prices are pre-negotiated so there wasn't any haggling or pressure. It took me a little over a week to ultimately decide on the car I wanted, and then when it was time to pay, I dealt with Ben Henry in sales who was covering Mr. Jackson during his time off. The transition was seamless and I was efficiently moved through the finance process with Ben and a bit of follow up with Josh Banda. Would highly recommend! More
