I called Folsom Lake Honda and talked to Zack Brown. He was professional and answered my questions and made an appointment with me for the next morning. He was prompt and met us in the parking lot. He explained the different features of the cars I was comparing. Once inside, he sat with us throughout the transaction, which lasted a total of 1 1/2 hours from walking onto the parking lot, to driving off in my new Honda. The staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful. What a difference from Roseville Honda. Totally worth the drive for us from Roseville. More
