She ensured that my "Auto Butler" was thoroughly and quickly applied, and the team thoroughly cleaned the inside of my vehicle, as well as treat my outside black accent trim and walls of my tires. My HR-V looks absolutely brand new again. She also ensured all of my fluids were replenished--in fact, she topped off my window washer fluid and inflated air pressure in all of my tires herself! She was instrumental in communicating with Honda shuttle drivers Roy and Vang, who were very courteous and professional. Thank you, Folsom Lake Honda! More

Great experience at the Folsom Lake Honda. I give it 5! Had called on Friday evening and spoke with Eddie and let him know I had scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am for service. He looked me up and couldn’t fine the appointment, however; he told me to ask for him and he’s honor my appointment. Eddie was awesome! He has a Great sense of humor and is extremely knowledgeable. As long as I live in Sacramento, I will come to this location. While waiting, my wife and I walked around outside to see some of the new Hondas. We met Tom Palumbi who answered all of our questions on the new Honda Ridgeline and let us know if we were interested in purchasing, just ask for him. Great guy! Will definitely do that.
