My boyfriend bought a car and two weeks later the check engine light comes on , The car is shaking , The car is leaking fluids . I went in so they can fix it , in return of me getting a loaner car. so I ca engine light comes on , The car is shaking , The car is leaking fluids . I went in so they can fix it , in return of me getting a loaner car. so I can continue to make it to work and they want me to run back and forth to Fontana motors with no loaner car . They clearly want to keep me in this raggedy car without giving me a loaner. I am very upset and this is not how you handle business there is a 30 day warranty and CHRIS wants to keep me in this car past the 30 days so therefore I would be stuck with it . Osaunna is not being very helpful. So with that being said I do not recommend this car place. You can get a car from them the check engine light will come on along with some problems and they will recommend that you keep the car still . No loaner car no anything they're not reasonable in this is not good business I would not recommend. CHRIS JUST LIED AND SAID THEY CANT GIVE A LONER CAR SO THEY WANT ME TO KEEP THIS TRASH CAR HORRIBLE CHRIS NEEDS TO BE REPLACE WHAT TYPE OF MANAGER DOES THAT ! STAY AWAY from this place and any other affiliated dealer, such as the Santa Anita one. They are total crooks and make a living out of scamming people and selling cars that are complete TRASH. Do not buy from this dealership! They sold me a car with major engine leak issues causing issues to other parts. No managers would call me or talk to me. They told me to bring car in and they'd fix the repa major engine leak issues causing issues to other parts. No managers would call me or talk to me. They told me to bring car in and they'd fix the repairs on list. only supposed to have car 1 to 2 days and they had it for 11 days. once I picked up the car I asked for an invoice or repair list the sales guy comes out and tells me his managers says " We don't have to provide any information" these people are criminals so I took it to chevy to have them look it over and F.M.D fixed a seal that WAS STILL LEAKING!!!!!!!. my total repairs are 4,800. such horrible service, the managers are awful they make no effort for customer service they put everything on the sales team. if you read this, read other reviews about this company and keep reading you will choose to go somewhere else! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! More

Worked with Daniel- Emailed 3 times to inquire about a vehicle, always received a generic response. Had to call 2 times to get someone to actually help me. Let them know I was an out of state buyer and th vehicle, always received a generic response. Had to call 2 times to get someone to actually help me. Let them know I was an out of state buyer and they told me they only hold vehicles with a place ticket confirmation. Ran credit, got approved, purchased plane ticked and confirmed with dealer that I was good to go and vehicle was held. (Always had to call Daniel, he never responded to my emailed or called back when others took message due to him being "busy") Two days later I set up for a mechanic to go by and do a pre purchase inspection. Upon calling to confirm appt, mechanic was told the car was sold. When I called Daniel was unavailable. Waited an hr and called again, same issue. Finally asked to speak with the sales manager, he pulled all emails and saw the confirmation for the flight. He said he would need to talk with Daniel regarding the issue due to the car never was never put on hold. Still have not received an answer, apology , or even an offer to reimburse me for my flight. I am 100% certain they would have just let me fly in, take a $100 uber to the dealership, and show up to a car that wasn't there! Garbage dealership. Take your business elsewhere. More
