I put a down payment of $3,000 on the car 1 week ago, had to drop close to $1,000 the following day because the tires were bald and now they want me to pay for a rental. I bought a truck from Fontana Motors Direct recently. The truck had a small chip in the windshield that I noticed when I was test driving it. As part of our agreement, they said they would fix the chip b The truck had a small chip in the windshield that I noticed when I was test driving it. As part of our agreement, they said they would fix the chip before they delivered the truck to me. It was written in the contract. The truck arrived, and almost immediately, I realized they did not fix the chip in the windshield as promised. I immediately contacted our sales person and Caleb. He told me they did fix the chip. I assured him they did not. I knew either he was lying or the windshield repair people lied to him, but it definitely wasn’t fixed. He said he would talk to his manager and get back to me within 2 days. I waited four days and still had not heard from Caleb, I called the dealership two different times asking for him to try to remedy the problem and of course he was not available. After the second call, I asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to somebody named Jose. I explained the issue and he looked in their system, and said that there was no invoice for a fixed windshield on my truck…. Of course not, because they didn’t fix it. He said he would contact the windshield repair people they work with to try to set up an appointment to have it done and get back to me. It has now been a week and a half and I still haven’t heard anything from them… so buyer beware. They will make promises to sell you a car, but will not honor those promises and will then lie to you and blow you off. Completely unethical and lacking integrity. More

Do not buy from this company. They sell cars with severe damage and do not disclose it to customers. Take your car to carmax and see what it's worth if you want to be sure. Car I bought for 28000 was only worth 17000 due to severe structural damage from an accident less than a month before I bought it. They bought it at auction and knew of the damages but didn't tell me. The carfax report I was given didn't say that. Totally ripped off. Liars they said they were putting a new battery in and day 2 battery was dead. 250 dollars later I paid for a new battery they never replaced the battery. Horrible business More
