Happy customer Sean was super helpful. I came to do the tire rotation service for my 2013 Leaf. He saw the battery capacity level and I didn't know it was low. He's Sean was super helpful. I came to do the tire rotation service for my 2013 Leaf. He saw the battery capacity level and I didn't know it was low. He's proactive by offering me to start the paperwork to request new battery. He took care of it! I just got the new battery last week and driving my Leaf is just a breeze now. I don't have to worry about the driving range. More

Rattle and Roll I have had a rattle in my car just behind my left ear for months. I asked the service attendant to check it out. To my surprise he could not find it I have had a rattle in my car just behind my left ear for months. I asked the service attendant to check it out. To my surprise he could not find it. I was asked to come back down to the dealership to help him locate the rattle. It was gone... As it turned out the car seat I installed for my 4yr old granddaughter was removed so the attendant could hear the rattle better from the backseat. You guessed it the car seat was the rattle.
