First Trip To Foothills Toyota I went to Foothills on Tuesday, October 2 to see about having the oil changed on my car. It was about 3:00 PM and a young blonde lady greeted me. I as I went to Foothills on Tuesday, October 2 to see about having the oil changed on my car. It was about 3:00 PM and a young blonde lady greeted me. I asked if I could have the oil changed that afternoon. She said she was full on that afternoon but if I came the next day around 7:45 AM I would be one of the first to get it changed. I asked if I needed an appointment and she responded that I would be one of the first the next day. I arrived the next day at 7:45 in the morning and a different lady named Jessica greeted me. I told her that I needed an oil change and asked how long it would take. She said I was the first walk in and it would be about 2 hours. I could't believe her as I only planned to be there an hour at the most. She said she had to take the appointments first. This was the first time anyone had indicated that I really needed an appointment. She was very nice and confirmed it would have been best if I had an appointment She she would do her best to get me out in one and half hours. It ended up being a full 2 hours but I know she tried hard to get me out quicker. More

Foothills had a better price on tires that are designed for low rolling resistance and made by Goodyear. They also aligned the car and washed it.
