Purchase of a new automobile We had a very nice experience at the dealership. Everyone we met was very nice, knowledgeable, and courteous. We were looking for a Hybrid SUV and th We had a very nice experience at the dealership. Everyone we met was very nice, knowledgeable, and courteous. We were looking for a Hybrid SUV and the RAV-4 checked all our boxes. We decided to but a Hybrid to try and do our small part to reduce carbon emissions. We were disappointed that Toyota (and other manufacturers) did not offer purchase incentives for Hybrid models. The automobile industry should be doing all it can to encourage the purchase of low carbon emission vehicles. Someone somewhere sometime must make a larger effort to save the planet. More
