Fast Oil Change and service - Slow Check Out The oil change was done within 30 minutes and the guy came in and told me what they did and said to wait for the girl to get my keys. Usually that doesn't take long...until this time. 5 years I've been coming here and this was the first time that I had to stand around and wait for my keys to come in after the work was done, and to be called for an additional 30 minutes! Ridiculous because one of the service guys (very young) had my keys and most likely forgot that maybe the customer would like them and wasn't until I said something twice before the girl called and asked where they were. More

Good overall When I arrived for my appt. I told the service writer that the in cabin filter was in the car as it was not replaced on my first servicing. It neede When I arrived for my appt. I told the service writer that the in cabin filter was in the car as it was not replaced on my first servicing. It needed to be installed and was not. I found it on the back seat of my car. Not a big deal but it should have been handled or questioned if my instruction wasn't clear to the service writer. More
