Happy with my new car... sorry that it took over 3 hours! I knew which car I wanted. I went to Foothills because I have been going there with my 2007 Prius for service. When I came in to do the final paperwork and financing for my car, things went well. I was disappointed in the trade-in value after I had checked online for estimates. I wonder if the low trade-in value was partly due to the fact that I received a Costco discount. Together they added up to the bluebook suggested trade in. Owen was pleasant and helpful. The paperwork process took 3 hours which I felt was too long. Luckily I had my cell phone and could play games online. My time would have been much better spent if someone had spent time with me in the car showing me the new technology... rather than sitting and waiting for such a long time. I would suggest Foothills work on making this process faster. More
