Expedient Checking in for my scheduled service appointment was initially a little confusing, I wasn't sure whether to drive into the service garage or not. It a Checking in for my scheduled service appointment was initially a little confusing, I wasn't sure whether to drive into the service garage or not. It also was not clear if I was to walk to a kiosk in the service bay area or check in through the doors (which were marked service). I happened to follow the person ahead of me - and the kiosk is the way to go. That aspect could be improved with a little signage. Service was fast friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable - kudos for that!! There are a few dealership around who could take a lesson or two from Foothills Toyota. More
