Great place to buy a car I went to Foothills Toyota and bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma double cab truck. I submitted a request online to have my vehicle appraised to see what the trade in value would be. Dave Parker responded with a quote and I set up an appointment. I met Dave and he had the vehicle checked out. We talked a bit about what I was looking for and then I test drove a truck. Dave was very helpful and at no point at all did I feel pressured or hurried. Very nice to work with someone who is calm and patient and not that typical "pushy annoying car salesman pitch." When he ran numbers for pricing I was pleasantly surprised that not only was the trade in value in the range he quoted, it was actually more!! After that process and I went to sign the long list of forms, I worked with Kurt who handled that part. Again Kurt was very nice, explained things, and was not pushy at all. He did not try to push all these different plans, options, and all that other stuff they usually try to get you to buy. I can honestly say that my experience with Foothills Toyota, Dave, and Kurt was awesome!!!! Great job and I look forward to the new ride and going in for service at this awesome dealership!! Express Lube confusion After being told via a phone call to Foothills Service Dept that Express Lube did not take appointment, I showed up about 2:30 PM to get in line. The tech greeting me indicated there were a large number of appointments ahead of me and it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours for my car to be done. Having driven 30 miles to get there, I left my car in line and took the complimentary shuttle to nearby shopping. The car was done in under 2 hours and I had gotten some needed errands done. I would use Foothills Service again but will make sure I have an appointment for Express Lube. More
