Considering I drive down from Bellingham, I wasn't thrilled about having to rebook my appointment. Thankfully they got me in that day and even got a coupon to boot! More

I've been noticing that they're so good that even some non-Toyota😲 fancy schmancy vehicles are starting to creep in to get servicing done. We looked at several 2019 Camrys and Kirk Spencer was a great help in choosing which one fit our needs. Then we spotted my dream car. There was the 2015 Mercedes SLK 250 with only 19,000 miles on it. Kirk went above and beyond in providing information and the advantages and disadvantages of each type of vehicle and helping us make our decision. He even presented me with a birthday cake as it was my birthday. Although my husband is considering getting me a personalized license plate with "Mid life crisis' on it We are both very pleased with our purchase and will continue going to Foothills Toyota for our automotive needs. More

Highlander Purchase I initially logged into Costco to see who was the local Costco Auto Dealer which was Foothills. After answering a few online questions about the vehic I initially logged into Costco to see who was the local Costco Auto Dealer which was Foothills. After answering a few online questions about the vehicle we were looking for I received a call from Trina Parkhurst asking if we had further questions we wanted answered. She then sent the Costco pricing details. Not planning to actually purchase a vehicle that day we swung by the dealership just to have a few more questions answered on a Highlander Limited with specifics we wanted and it's availability. Trina was in a meeting but took the time out to introduce herself and to have us speak with Alex LaFave. I absolutely HATE the usual back and forth between the sales person, manager and ourselves. I gave Alex a reasonable bottom line price we'd be willing to pay out the door with our trade-in including Tax, Title and License. He made one quick trip to speak with his manager and came back with a "Fine, we can do that." End of story..the smoothest most seamless, straight-up transaction I've ever experienced. So we purchased the vehicle which came from a Seattle based dealership and the next day my wife picked it up. She had tons of questions on the operation of the vehicle's features. Both Trina and Alex spent as much time with her answering and showing her the settings and operation of each feature she asked about and more. Absolutely the best car buying experience we've ever had. More
