Alex contacted us right away and helped me find the exact car I was looking for without any pressure to stray from what I wanted. He went above and beyond in communication and helped us get our new car ahead of schedule--even though it meant him coming in on his day off. I appreciated his customer service and would highly recommend him! The only thing I was disappointed with was that they were not able to swap out the carpet mats for the all weather mats as I had requested (even though they were the same price). Financing was friendly and efficient once we were there, but we had to wait quite a long time (2 hours or so) to get that piece going. I would have appreciated having information to peruse about the different purchase options (in terms of warranties and services) while we were waiting so that we could thoroughly look at the options and discuss them prior to meeting. Never informed 2- years maintenance program was mileage limited, so was surprised by a invoice Especially when my lease contract is for annual 15000 miles, so that would total the 30000 miles in two year this would clearly lead to the assumption that the 2 year maintenance program would extend through the contracted lease mileage, with a grace period. Very nice experience -start to finish I had two salesmen share my sale simply because I talked to one on the phone and another in the dealership. They shared my sale and that type of teamwork only comes from superior management. It was a very good experience from start to finish and I walked away with a great vehicle that had a lot of mechanical work done it by the dealership. This made me more confident in the sale of a used vehicle, knowing that Toyota took pride in cleaning it up and changing out the parts that needed to be changed prior to sale. Thank you! More

Loaaded apple carplay Randy,, the manager, was extremely helpful and efficient. He downloaded carplay for free, made time for me in a busy schedule and I was out of there Randy,, the manager, was extremely helpful and efficient. He downloaded carplay for free, made time for me in a busy schedule and I was out of there as promised in an hour. Mother dealers had said the download would take three hours and wanted to charge me for labor. Foothills gave excellent service and the carplay is working without a hitch. More
