When I arrived and entered the service department I was told I needed to check in with the quic I scheduled my 90,000 mile service appointment online. When I arrived and entered the service department I was told I needed to check in with the quick lube side. I shared that I was there for a 90,000 mile service not just an oil change. I was told I needed to check in at the quick lube anyway because I was on their schedule. After waiting at the quick lube for several minutes I decided to check with Jon in the regular service department. He assured me I did the right thing and got me checked in right away. He followed up with me after my vehicle was serviced. If I had not gone to Jon my review would have been much lower than it is. More
