We could get it started, but the minute we stopped it would not start again. The Prius would no longer hold a charge. Called the service department, hoping for a same day appointment, but maybe they could work us in if someone canceled. We were willing to leave it until it was repaired. Lucky for us, a few hours later, they had diagnosed only a battery problem. The staff was friendly, understanding, and efficient. Gold stars all around. More

Michael was both knowledgeable about cars and diligent in tracking down answers to all of our questions about the car so that we felt comfortable in buying it. The process to actually buy the car was longer than we anticipated, but it eventually sorted out and we feel we got good value for the money in the Avalon we selected. The dealership does seem to work hard to make sure you are happy with the car you choose. We would certainly work with Michael again. More
