After our 2nd meeting in October and a not so great experience, I went online and completed the Costco Auto Program inquiry for Foothills. I met with Dave Parker and it was great! He answered all my questions, was nice and there was no pressure. He said that if they couldn't find what we wanted, we could order one. I knew then we would be buying our car at Foothills Toyota. We tried to meet again in Dec, but that fell through and then we had to put things on hold because of the uncertainty of the gov't furlough. I kept in touch with Dave and in April we met and ordered our 4 Runner! We just got it yesterday and today drove it home to central Oregon! We couldn't have had any better of a car buying experience. Dave was fantastic, someone now I think of as a friend. Thank you Dave & Foothills Toyota! More
NOT SATISFACTORY ADVICE FROM YOUR SERVICE STAFF DAMIAN. After my oil change on Friday afternoon June 7 that Damian you service advisor handed me some notes that my I have to buy a new tire as the existing After my oil change on Friday afternoon June 7 that Damian you service advisor handed me some notes that my I have to buy a new tire as the existing tire on the left front is leaking air and unrepairable. I told Damian that I have purchased the tire from your dealership and it has warranty and in fact I have been there twice to have one of my damage tire repaired due to to nail puncture. Damian told me that the warranty does not apply unless it is a factory defect. In order for me to be convinced to buy a tire that I went to another tire store nearby and to have a thorough check on the reported leaking left front tire. The technicians in the nearby store tried every test and found no leaks and the tire is still alright. I have no issues with your service department before this. Thank you for your attention. More

From the greeting, sitting in the lovely showroom with a coffee drink, getting an overview of the service that even I can understand, to the courtesy when checking out. Never have I felt that Foothills would try to sell me on something I don't need. More
