We shopped online ahead of time and we went in knowing what we wanted but we felt the need to look at other options and I think Ed could tell that without us saying it out loud. He really let us lead the way in our selection and we never talked about money until after we told him which car we wanted. We went there with the typical anxieties about dealing with a dealership and a car salesman and I’m happy to say we were wrong.
