The last time we purchased a car was a number of years ago, and that took almost a week. With this purchase there was no pressure and no last minute changes. Best Car Buying Experience. Period. Would rate higher if I could. Been using Foothills Toyota for servicing all 4 of our Toyota's for 14 yrs. Was hesitant to buy my next Toyota from Foothills in fear of a sales experience ruining my 14yrs of excellent service. Worked with Ed Mayfield who I highly recommend. Ed treated us as all customers should be treated. Super pleasant guy, no pressure, no bull, talked to us like real adults, didn't try and sell us something we weren't interested in. I can say the same for Finance Manager Kurt Woiwood. After the sale, Ed walked us through features in the car and was responsive and thorough on all follow up post sale. It wouldn't have mattered to Ed if we were buying a $1500 car or a $60K car, our happiness and satisfaction was what he cared about. Our sales experience demonstrates why Ed has been selling cars at Foothills for over 12 years. Something I've noticed in getting our cars serviced at Foothills, we've been working with the same employee's (for the most part) for nearly 14 years. To me, this is representative of a good employer. Foothills appears to treat their employees with integrity and respect who in turn repay that by being loyal, long term employees and treating customers with honest, respectable white glove service. Keep up the excellent management and customer service Foothills Toyota!! More

Summary of comments below I always get super service attention from John Evans who is the best. I was in for a cruise control fix, an oil change and a replacement of wiring fo I always get super service attention from John Evans who is the best. I was in for a cruise control fix, an oil change and a replacement of wiring for my tow bar lights. One problem has occurred and that is that the left and right lights are reversed. So when I use the right turn signal the left trailer light goes on and vice versa with the left. I have an appointment on Thursday to fix the problem at Toyota . More
