Outstanding! I recently had the front bakes on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma replaced at Foothills Toyota, as they were wearing down and needed replacing. A few weeks lat I recently had the front bakes on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma replaced at Foothills Toyota, as they were wearing down and needed replacing. A few weeks later a new, occasional squeak developed in the front brakes, where they had never been one before. I finally called Foothills Toyota Service Department regarding this annoying issue and and talked to Jon Evans, the Service Advisor who had facilitated the initial brake work. Jon was excellent! He got me scheduled to bring in my truck as soon as was convenient for my schedule to have the brakes examined and they were adjusted with new materials, without charge. He kindly and patiently explained to me what was the issue and how it had been resolved. I think Jon is one of the best, most personable customer service representatives I have ever worked with (and I have had great experiences at Foothills with other Service Advisors). I cannot say enough good things about him and will always take my two Toyota vehicles to Foothills for service! More
