She asked if there was anything else I needed to feel that Jessica Barron was my service representative. She was friendly and efficient and courteous. She asked if there was anything else I needed to feel that I had received excellent service, and there wasn't because she did a great job. I did notice one thing about the dealership that I might suggest changing. In the waiting area is a screen that shows the status of service for all customers, and it displays customers' full names -- first and last. I don't think it's necessary to broadcast everyone's full name. I suggest first name and last initial if you have to use names. Oh, and I really appreciate the complimentary car wash that comes with each service : ) P.S. I have just had a hassle trying to submit this review. Their service seems to have changed in the last 6 months from dealer.com to dealerrater.com, which for some reason would not recognize my previously created password. Hassles like this are what make me unwilling to submit reviews. More

Very courteous and helpful people I am assuming that everything they said was done to my Prius was done. The best part: I had a humongous headache when I came in and I asked the young I am assuming that everything they said was done to my Prius was done. The best part: I had a humongous headache when I came in and I asked the young woman at the check out if she had an Excedrin, or anything at that point that I was willing to try. She came back with 3 different pain pill packets, and one was, Yes, a generic Excedrin. Bu the time I left--not that long-- I was feeling much better. Thanks. (I know that's probably not what you were wanting to really hear, but it was what I came away with!) PS. Can't comment on price, still the pre-paid maintenance from when car was purchased. More
