I took it in for servicing and when we took it out for a test drive, Jon could tell it was getting louder when he turned the wheel, surmising it was a suspension problem. This turned out to be correct when the technician checked. Happily, my car sounds almost like new when I bought it second-hand 3 years ago. It did cost quite a bit, but I really like the Prius and want to prolong its life as long as possible. Thanks for your professional service! More

I was particularly impressed that he had the latitude to get me through a technical snafu with a credit agency without it turning into a big deal. More
