Kept me in the loop I had to get a service done on my Sienna sliding door and get an oil change. When a leak was found, they let me know right away and didn’t pressure me I had to get a service done on my Sienna sliding door and get an oil change. When a leak was found, they let me know right away and didn’t pressure me to fix it right away although it was recommended. She was very real and personable, not "phony nice" or any hint of pushy salesperson.
