Took my wife’s Prius in for service and computer upgrade Drove in for Express Service at about 2:20 pm and I could see they were busy. A young man came out and told me there are 4 vehicles ahead of you. I parked and walked inside, saw Randy and mentioned that it seems awfully busy. He explained that after the snow storm, people came in to get their vehicles serviced. I then walked over and talked to Jon Evans. He was also very busy but quickly look up my car on the computer and said you are not due for service yet, it has been less then 1,000 since your last service but you do need the computer upgrade/recall. He scheduled the appointment, and when I came back for the scheduled appointment the service was great as usual. The people are friendly and very helpful. Jon was great !!! More
