I had an oil change When I drove in I asked the oil change guy (he said his name was Damien) if he had any coupons, he refused to look on line and said most customers bro When I drove in I asked the oil change guy (he said his name was Damien) if he had any coupons, he refused to look on line and said most customers brought their own. I went into the main service area and asked one of the representatives if there were any coupons. The service representative looked on the Foothills website and printed the oil change coupon from your website. When I was in my car Friday, I saw items that had been in the glove compartment on the floor of the passenger foot well. Someone had been in the glove compartment - items were in disarray, This has never happened before. I have always had great service from the main service representatives. They are the best. More
