Our salesman, Marvin Gomez, made both of us feel very comfortable and confident that he was listening to what we needed instead of what he felt like selling us. After the decision on the car was made, the Finance Department took over and made sure the deal was to our liking. Marvin stayed with us and helped throughout the transaction. Even after the sale when we returned a few weeks later with questions, Marvin went out of his way to find answers for us. Ford Country and their entire staff made this an easy decision for us. When I walked in, I was greeted by a salesman who was very kind. I told him my previous car history and he promised that he would be able to get into a car that same day, now I didn't believe him because I had been told that by a numerous of other salesman. I ended up leaving the dealership with a 2009 Ford Fusion which has been running great so far for a year now. If you have bad credit and have been turned down by other dealerships I would definitely recommend going to ford. More
