2017 Ford F150 Platinum 76K Miles I purchased my vehicle here, and have had most, if not all service done at this dealership. Do I get upset sometimes at the prices? Yes, but I expect 1st class trea vehicle here, and have had most, if not all service done at this dealership. Do I get upset sometimes at the prices? Yes, but I expect 1st class treatment and results. Well... I brought my truck in for a trouble code which I already knew what the problem was, and I also wanted an oil change. Abby, my service advisor, called me up and was nice, but informed me that I would need a new injector as there was a fault when starting. She informed me the repair would be $2500.00. In the same breath, she told me they found an oil leak issue and wanted $1100.00 to fix that issue as well. So $3600.00 to fix an oil leak and change an injector. She seemed like $3600.00 was no big deal and was super casual about it. Mind you, my truck only has 76k miles on it. I also failed to mention they charge $270 to trouble shoot for basically reading the code from the truck's computer. So, I'm taking my truck and going somewhere else. I mentioned to Abby that it's unfortunate that the high prices you charge drive away good loyal customers and she looked at me and smiled and said, "it's okay". I said, "not really, because you soon will not have any customers" with that attitude. I just said that I will not ever come back and she didn't have a care in the world. I mentioned average online prices for changing an injector is $900-$1200 and all she said was "that's mom and pop shops, not dealerships". Point taken. If you want to get charge 2-3 times what repairs should be with a company that is not loyal to you, then this is the place for you. Good luck. My wife is do for a new car soon and eventually I will need one too. It stinks that I will have to drive across town to the other Ford dealerships to give them my business. More

My car was stolen on 4/19, so the past couple of weeks have been pretty stressful. I wasn’t exactly looking forward to shopping for a new car, but I decided to get a head start and check out a couple dealerships. And I’m so glad I stopped by your store. Elyes made the entire experience better than I could have asked for. I expected to feel pressured, stressed, and maybe even overwhelmed—but that wasn’t the case at all. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made everything feel comfortable and easy. I truly appreciate people like him, especially during a difficult time. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a small restaurant inside your store. Being able to grab lunch while checking out a couple of Broncos turned the visit into a genuinely enjoyable experience, it was a really nice moment during an otherwise stressful time.
