Dealerships are dealerships, some are ok some are little better. At the end of the day all i really want is a salesman who is knoweldgable about the product and doesnt lie when they offer you something. If better. Just looking around and meet Ron, wonderful person, treated us to lunch and had us test driving a truck , Ron had to leave and Richard took over for him. This has changed since buying or new Explorer at Ford Country. No pressure from the sales staff was key in this turn around. She has now been to a class for My Ford Touch and the SYNC systems at the dealership. She’s been back to have the keyless entry set and is going back this weekend to have some service done. She has told me that from the sales staff to the service department,Every person she has had contact with has been 1st class. “They’re making me believe in customer service again”. Within the new car industry? How’s that for a novel idea? Now as far as the new vehicle… OMG! What Ford is doing is unbelievable. The styling, The drivability, The technology....
