I was very impressed with this dealership. I really wanted to buy their new f-150. But this was when Toyota was having its difficulties. I got a Tundra for the same price as the new F-150 and 0 percent wanted to buy their new f-150. But this was when Toyota was having its difficulties. I got a Tundra for the same price as the new F-150 and 0 percent financing. I couldn't argue with the numbers. I still miss my F-150 and like it better than the Tundra. They just couldn't compete on price. ((hugs)) More

I felt that the service department in general was not interested in servicing my vehicle until it came to the dollar amount they quoted. I could not have the work at the time and went to pick up my truck interested in servicing my vehicle until it came to the dollar amount they quoted. I could not have the work at the time and went to pick up my truck. When I arrived, I spoke to Ryan about picking it up and found out that the inspection hadn't been completed. I requested an inspection for two issues that I had with the truck. They only completed one and was not told that over the phone when a quote was given to me. I was quoted for other work and found out that one of the issues I requested hadn't been looked at yet. I had been dropped off at the dealership to pick up my truck and needed to go and pick my kids up from school. Ryan made me feel like I wasn't important and would have to wait at least a 1/2 hour just to get my truck back. I went and sat in the waiting room until the cashier called my name to pay the just under $100 diagnostic fee to get my truck. So at this point I paid $100, got a quote for things I did not ask for and half of what I did request. I would recommend the dealership to run the diagnostic for the vehicle to get to the bottom of the issue, but warn people they need to insist that the inspection is complete before picking the vehicle up. Ok, that aside, here is my input on the the other part experience. The entry into the service area is confusing. It should be clearly marked and separate from the normal maintenance area (oil changes, etc.) The sliding glass doors where the service agents are not inviting to the customer. There was no one in front of me seeking service, and I had to wait for one of them to open their sliding glass door to come and see me. They should greet you even if they are finishing up a work order or other task. This area is not customer friendly. The cashier experience was fine, they were taking my money. Next, I gave my paperwork to a valet to retrieve my truck. This person was outstanding. He was professional, friendly and provided excellent customer service. He was the highlight of a poor experience. More

I especially enjoy dealing with Elie LaRage, who I find very helpful. Also, I have developed an excellent relationship with Bill Mahoney in the service department. I find Bill to be friendly and always available with good advice on how to keep my Ford Products running perfectly. When I shopped for a new car, I narrowed my choices to 3 brands/models -- the Ford Fusion and 2 foreign-made competitors. Sherri and other empoyees of Ford Country were the deciding factor because of their willingness to work with me throughout my rating process; as well as their willingess to honor a newspaper ad that seemed to contain a pricing mistake that favored the customer. Sherri continues to be willing to spend a few minutes with me whenever I visit the dealership for any reason; and all other Ford Country employees with whom I interact are always friendly and courteous. I was constantly in the serice department and it was 1000% more expensive and they were not always so nice. The staff at Ford Country is awesome every time. Everyone is kind, helpful and friendly. I have always dreaded buying a car. I love Fords, so I went to Ford Country in Henderson to look at Fiestas, being lured by the price and the 40 mpg. I met Roy, he was my salesperson. I loved all the cool features of the Fiesta, but after driving it I felt I needed more room, but still wanted something with great gas mileage. Roy was really cool and didn't make me feel pressured. He actually listened to me and showed me the Fusion, it had all the cool features like the Fiesta, it was nice and roomy with great gas mileage and he and Frank still kept me within my budget. I am sooo happy with my Fusion and the way I was treated. This dealership rocks!!! More

We bought a "new" executive model with only 2ooo miles on it. She kept reminding him it was a "used" vehicle and that the price should reflect it. The salesman kept talking to me until he realized she had control of the situation. We all made a great deal that day and have been more than happy with the car and the price settled on. We have nothing but good to say about your service department. They have gone out of their way to take great care of us whether the car was in for a lube job or a repair. We actually look forward to bringing our vehicle in for service. Ford Country is our place to shop and get service done. We are both glad that this type of customer service exists and we now know we have a place to shop, get service and even enjoy a meal while we wait. What else could you ask for!!!?
